Soundproof cabin for perforating press of 500Tn

The level of noise of the press was over 105dB(A) Leq with the aggravating of the noise produced by the sheet metal entering under the mold.

In order to comply with the UNI / EN ISO 11688-1 standard which provides for soundproofing the collateral sound sources that could affect the residual sound

level value of the main source which is the press, we have built a sound proofing tunnel with three sliding doors suitable for freeing the front wall and

the roof in order to allow access to the bidge crane.

With the cabin completely closed we obtained a residual noise level of 80dB(A)Leq.

Il livello sonoro della pressa superava i 105dB(A) Leq, con l’aggravante del rumore indotto dal foglio di lamiera in entrata sotto lo stampo.

Al fine di ottemperare alla norma UNI/EN ISO 11688-1 che prevede di insonorizzare le sorgenti sonore collaterali ,le quali potrebbero

inficiare il valore del livello sonoro residuo della sola sorgente  principale che è la pressa; abbiamo costruito un tunnel fonoisolante -fonoassorbente

con triplo portone a L con 3 ante scorrevoli; accessibile anche dal tetto a mezzo del carro ponte.

A cabina completamente chiusa abbiamo ottenuto un livello sonoro residuo di 80dB(A) Leq
